At NZ Luggage Company, we want you to travel with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused fashion accessories and travel gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your next journey, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt.
